The corona virus is spreading more and more at Bundesliga soccer club VfB Stuttgart.
On Monday, goalkeeper Florian Müller and thus the fifth player within the past few days tested positive, as VfB announced.
This means that the Olympic participant is expected to be unable to play the away game on Saturday (6.30 p.m. / Sky) at Borussia Mönchengladbach.
Stuttgart - Coach Pellegrino Matarazzo cannot fall back on his regular goalkeeper nor on substitute goalkeeper Fabian Bredlow, who was previously one of the players who tested positive.
Defensive boss Waldemar Anton, winger Erik Thommy and U21 national player Roberto Massimo are also affected.
The 23-year-old Müller is now in domestic isolation after the positive test result, said VfB.
All other tests were negative, so the training should take place on Monday afternoon as the first unit after three days off.
