The agents of the Salerno Mobile Squad are carrying out ten precautionary measures as part of an investigation (29 suspects in total) coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office, led by the chief prosecutor Giuseppe Borrelli.
Among the recipients of the precautionary measures there is also
Giovanni Savastano
(known as Nino) regional councilor and former councilor for Social Policies of the Municipality of Salerno.
The suspects are accused in various ways of disturbed freedom of enchantments, undue induction, conspiracy and a case of electoral corruption.
There is also the mayor of Salerno,
Vincenzo Napoli
among the 29 suspects.
Reconfirmed last Monday with 57% (supported by a center-left civic coalition), Naples is under investigation for facts dating back to the previous administration.
He is also involved with a manager of the Municipality and a former president of a subsidiary company of the Entity.
The investigations carried out by the Salerno Mobile Squad and coordinated by the Salerno Public Prosecutor's Office led to the issue of ten precautionary measures, one of which hit the former commissioner Savastano.
