Eleven people were arrested in Vesoul during the night from Saturday to Sunday during a vast operation to fight against drug trafficking and the organization of illicit gambling, the prosecutor said Monday (October 11th).
This "
large-scale judicial police operation
" was carried out in the Vésulien district of Montmarin and in the town center of Vesoul by around 120 police officers and gendarmes from Haute-Saône, as well as the research section and the interministerial research group. de Besançon, with the reinforcement of the GIGN and the Raid, specified in a press release the public prosecutor of Vesoul, Arnaud Grécourt.
