The Stuzubi apprenticeship fair is well-known from Germany's major cities - most recently it also appeared in Miesbach.
As the on-site organizer, SMG is fully satisfied with the process.
District - "It was the absolutely perfect day at the fair" - at least that was what Johann Holzinger received as feedback after the Stuzubi apprenticeship fair at the weekend.
For the regional manager for education of the location marketing company (SMG) it is clear from the verbal feedback even before receiving the written evaluation: "The fair was a complete success."
Stuzubi: 43 exhibitors with 156 employees reach over 700 visitors - good numbers for the district town
43 exhibitors had advertised their training and (dual) study places in the Waitzinger basement.
Over 700 interested students and graduates attended.
“A real house number for the relatively small district,” says Holzinger.
After all, the Stuzubi is more likely to be represented in large cities nationwide.
In the district, however, the fair benefits from the close ties to the 17 large secondary schools that have advertised a visit.
According to Holzinger, the training fair also benefited from the hygiene concept.
"Last year we had an online format that was born out of necessity," he reports.
That the Stuzubi could take place in attendance again this year was made possible by the 3G rule and was organized at short notice.
Time slots and one-way streets: Stuzubi improves hygiene concept compared to pre-Corona times
"Each participant had to book a two-hour slot on the homepage in advance," explains the SMG manager.
This brought advantages: “Everyone was on the website in advance and found out about the exhibitors.” In addition, the rush was better distributed thanks to time slots and one-way street regulations.
The result: “More and better discussions at the stands.” 156 employees had been waiting for the young visitors there.
