The text is built on two pillars.
The first aims to broaden the profile of actors coming under the supervision of organizations that fight in favor of probity and against corruption.
It is therefore planned to extend control to “small subsidiaries” of large foreign groups established in France, even when the parent company does not have its head office in France and as soon as the latter exceeds the thresholds provided for by law.
