The clinic's specialty is in assisting those who are left with a physical or mental disability as a result of an illness or injury they experienced during their service in the security forces.

The Ono Academic Campus has launched a legal clinic that aims to help IDF casualties receive recognition of military disability.

The forensic clinic was established by Dr. Judy Broder, head of the Ono Center for Clinical Social Law, and will be run by Adv. Vered Moshkovsky of the Faculty of Law of the Academic Institution.

The Ono Academic Campus says that the clinic will assist in resolving horizontal and individual legal issues, and will work to increase the accessibility of the process of exercising the rights before the Rehabilitation Division and the various committees.

Dr. Broder: "Unfortunately, the tragedy familiar to all of Itzik Saidian is not an individual personal story, but the story of many of our sons and daughters whose voices, for the most part, are not heard.

The extreme act that Itzik did is extremely unusual, but the frustration, helplessness and despair that led him to perform his act are common to many.

"The Ono Academic Campus has chosen to assist the disabled and disabled security forces in exercising their rights, thanking them and making their cry."
