He lives in Block 7 of the Homan Tin Emperor Gardens and works in the "Parkside Chambers", Tower Two of Pacific Place, Admiralty. The relevant locations are subject to mandatory testing, and the person concerned must be tested on or before October 14.

Four new imported cases
