State Secretary Bernd Schlömer is the new representative of the state government for information and communication technology.
Schlömer was appointed on Tuesday, as announced by the State Chancellery in Magdeburg.
“The past two years have clearly shown how important further digitization is for all areas of life.
It is my goal to rapidly advance the expansion of the necessary infrastructure in Saxony-Anhalt and to make it accessible to all, ”explained Schlömer.
Magdeburg - He has been State Secretary in the FDP-led Ministry for Infrastructure and Digitization for a few weeks and is considered a digitization expert.
Between 2010 and 2021 he worked as a consultant in the Federal Ministry of Defense, most recently in the cyber and information technology department.
