Brazil recorded 202 deaths and 6,918 new infections with the emerging coronavirus during the past 24 hours.

According to the World Meters website, which specializes in Corona statistics, the total number of HIV infections in Brazil reached 21,582,738 cases, and deaths to 601,266 cases.

Brazil ranks second in terms of the number of deaths from the virus-related illness globally after the United States and third in terms of the number of infections after the United States and India.

In Mexico, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 2007 infections and 141 deaths from the virus, which brings the total number of infections in the country since the beginning of the pandemic to three million and 725,242 cases and deaths to 282227 cases.

Mexico ranks fourth in the world in deaths from infection with corona and 15th in terms of the number of injuries.

In China, the National Health Committee announced the registration of 12 new cases of corona, all of them from abroad, compared to 25 cases yesterday, bringing the total injuries to 96,435, while the number of deaths remains stable at 4,636 cases.
