Compass Typhoon｜Motorcycle Shek O Road suspected of losing control and self-fired off-duty firefighter killed in hospital

Under Typhoon Signal No. 8, a traffic accident occurred on Shek O Road in Chai Wan.

At 6:50 pm today (12th), a motorcycle was driving along Shek O Road towards Big Wave Bay. When it approached Shek O Beach, it was suspected of losing control.

The Iron Knight fell on his back and fell into a coma, severely injured.

The ambulancemen arrived at the scene and sent the injured to the hospital, but died.

Sources at the scene said that when the accident happened, the motorcycle involved lost control and shook to the roadside fence. The Iron Knight was even thrown up and fell to the ground across the opposite lane.

The police are investigating the cause of the accident.

According to a source, the deceased was 32 years old, and he was stationed at the Causeway Bay Fire Station in October 2014. He had been off duty when the incident occurred.

Dozens of relatives, friends and colleagues rushed to the Eastern District Hospital to learn about the incident in the evening, and the atmosphere was solemn.
