Rush in Lenggries on the last day with free tests
The Lenggries pharmacist Eva Löhle asked for a full 20 euros for a rapid test.
On Sunday, the last day of the free tests, there was another “real rush” with 250 tests at her station on the fairground, she reports.
On Monday, she started operations at a new location: the municipality made the tourist information reading room available to her for the cold season.
On the first day she already registered "a few registrations", she reports.
The majority of them are self-payers.

Checking whether someone is exempt from the costs takes a lot of effort
These exceptions currently apply to under-18s, people who cannot be vaccinated for health reasons, people who are admitted to hospital, rehab or nursing home, pregnant and breastfeeding women, students, contact persons of infected or infected people, who have to free themselves from quarantine, as well as if the Corona warning app indicates a risk contact - which must be proven with the appropriate document.
Checking this “multiplies our workload,” says pharmacist Andreas Heinrich.
Nevertheless, he has also decided to continue his offer in Bad Tölz.
However, he has closed the test house on Isarkai in order to concentrate fully on the “vitality center”.
In addition, you can now register with him for the quick test in the St. Jakobus and the Kur pharmacy in Lenggries.

There is only one test station in Geretsried
While the test station operated by voluntary organizations around the DLRG has closed in Wolfratshausen, the test station in the Jungbrunnen cosmetics studio says on Facebook: "We are staying for the time being." And the Helios pharmacy has hired new staff and its test station at the beginning of October reopened. According to an employee, there was still not a big rush there on Monday. The self-payer test there costs “around 20 euros,” she says.
In Geretsried, one of the last remaining test stations is located at the “Gustavo Gusto” sales house.
There the team from the operating company Excura experienced a “grand finale” on Sunday, as managing director Alexandra Dieterich says.
On Monday, too, the “need was recognizable”, although “it was a little less busy than on the previous Mondays”.
Self-payers have to shell out 18 euros.
According to Dieterich, about half of the customers on Monday claimed an exception to be exempt from costs.
"For some confusion" only caused that Excura is not allowed to test all of these groups for free - students, for example, not.
At Flinthöhe there are only tests for those who are exempt from the cost
In the test center of the health department on the Tölzer Flinthöhe, however, no chargeable corona tests are carried out.
Only those who are exempt from the costs can present themselves here.
