More than 50 companies are ready for the digital trainee event in Freising and Erding.
Now the youngsters can register.
And this is how it works.

- More than 50 companies from the region have already registered for the digital trainee event organized by the Freisinger Tagblatt and Erdinger Anzeiger with top-class partners. “This is a milestone,” says a delighted Markus Neubauer, Regional Manager Online Sales at Merkur tz MEDIA. “But we can do more, because we want to cover as wide a range as possible.” The portfolio already ranges from traditional retail to craft and social affairs to industry.
As reported, the two local newspapers have created high-quality alternatives to the common training fairs with the respective district offices and district handicrafts as well as the IHK Munich / Upper Bavaria, which still cannot take place due to corona.
Freising's District Administrator Helmut Petz felt a great need to be able to set up this offer.
"Because the district of Freising is an economically strong district that is home to numerous companies that can offer young people attractive training positions with excellent future prospects."
District Administrator: "We want to break new ground"
Erdings District Administrator Martin Bayerstorfer sees great potential in the digital trainee fair.
“In recent years it has been shown that it is becoming more and more difficult to fill vacant training positions with suitable applicants.
That is why we want to break new ground here. ”The aim is to inform young people about internship, apprenticeship and dual study positions and to bring them together with attractive employers and strong companies in a smart way.

And this is how it works: Under the slogan "Match your future", schoolchildren and companies can each create a short profile on a proven recruiting platform.
Both sides click their way through the profiles on the screen or mobile phone in a relaxed atmosphere and express their sympathy with a "Like" message.
The focus is on talent, not school grades
If both sides find each other interesting, a "match" arises and the opportunity to exchange ideas and ask questions in a chat without any obligation, explains Neubauer.
"If the mutual interest continues, young people and companies arrange a meeting for one of the two Matching Days: Both sides can come together on November 26th or 27th - in person, by telephone or digitally."
From now on, students can also apply - with the support of their parents, if required.
Neubauer is looking forward to numerous registrations and emphasizes: “The profiles primarily focus on the personality and skills of the young people.
The focus is on talent and less on classic criteria such as school grades. "
In five steps, schoolchildren can get their dream internship or dream training:
1. A free profile can be created online at app.talentefinder.de.
2. Under “upcoming events” you can navigate to the desired event: “AZUBI.EVENT # match your future in Freising and Erding”.
3. The registration phase runs from now up to and including November 14th.
Until then, new talents and companies will keep coming and the respective profiles will be filled in piece by piece.
4. The matching phase begins on November 1st.
From then on, both sides can click through the profiles, get information, give likes and exchange ideas.
5. On the Matching Days, November 26th and 27th, the previously agreed "dates" will take place in the form of introductory or job interviews.
