FSG and the internationally renowned superyacht shipyard Nobiskrug with around 280 employees belong to the Tennor Group of investor Lars Windhorst.

Nobiskrug filed for bankruptcy in April of this year.

The FSG started at the beginning of September 2020 under the direction of Tennor Holding - with empty order books.

A ship is currently being built in Flensburg.

The shipyard, which had been ailing for years, was taken over by Tennor for the first time in 2019.

By acquiring it again, the shipyard was able to start over without the previous debts.

Insolvency proceedings were opened for the old FSG last year.
