This is why the 3-G rule will no longer apply in the area of the city of Kaufbeuren from Thursday, October 14th.
With regard to closed rooms, access to events for up to 1000 people in non-private rooms is not limited to people who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested in accordance with the Covid-19 Protective Measures Exception Ordinance.
These rooms include sports facilities, fitness studios, the cultural area with theaters, stages, cinemas, museums, restaurants, libraries, and extracurricular educational opportunities.
In addition, leisure facilities including baths, thermal baths and saunas.
Services that require physical proximity to the customer and that are not medical, therapeutic or nursing services can also be offered without the use of 3G.
As a result, providers, organizers and operators are no longer obliged to check proof of vaccination, recovery or testing.
Overnight guests in hotels, accommodation establishments, youth hostels, campsites and all other commercial or paid accommodation do not have to submit a test certificate.
These regulations apply from October 14th and continue until the 7-day incidence value of 35 is exceeded again on three consecutive days.
