Abstract.

"I should have called it

Last Show

 ".

Stupor in the middle of an interview in a large Parisian palace, at the end of September.

Gaspard Proust, on a promotional tour for his new one-man-show, confides in the Parisian his wish to stop the scene.

At 45, the Slovenian no longer wants to play this snobbish and politically incorrect character who made his success.

His career exploded in the early 2010s, when he was spotted by Laurent Ruquier then Thierry Ardisson.

On television as on the stage, the former HEC student dares everything and spares no one: misogynistic jokes, scathing outings on the left and the right, the rich and the poor.

Sassy and cynical in the extreme, he immediately carved out a place of his own in the world of French humor.

Source code traces the journey of Gaspard Proust with Grégory Plouviez, journalist in the culture and leisure department of Le Parisien.
