Infant Abuse Trial: Pleadings Spoken

In the trial of the sexual abuse of a toddler and two babies before the district court of Gera, the pleadings were made in camera.

Those involved in the process initially did not provide any information on the amount of the required penalties.

The verdict is to be announced at noon.

Gera - A 33-year-old and a 21-year-old are accused.

They are said to have sexually abused the niece of the defendants several times during their relationship between 2017 and 2020 and made photos and videos of it.

The child was two years old at the start of the alleged acts.

The man also admitted in the course of the process that he had previously instigated two young women - who have now been legally convicted - to abuse babies.

The defendant, 21-year-old, also admitted the alleged acts in the course of the trial.
