The Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Army, Major General Abd al-Rahim Mousavi, affirmed that the Iranian armed forces stand with complete readiness and solidity, side by side with the Iranian people in the face of enemies and confronting any threat targeting the country.
Fars news agency quoted Mousavi as saying on the sidelines of the joint specialized maneuvers of Iranian air defense: "An integrated air defense network has been established for the joint (Khatam al-Anbiya) headquarters for air defense, and it is fully prepared to defend the country against any threat," noting that the two supreme air defense forces The country, namely the Air Defense Forces of the Army and the Air Defense of the Aerospace Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, have started their work in a synergistic and integrated manner under the leadership of an integrated air defense network and conducted several joint exercises.
Earlier today, the Iranian forces began specialized maneuvers entitled "Defenders of the Sky of Wilayat 1400", with the participation of elite units of the Air Defense Force, the Army Air Force and the Aerospace Force of the Revolutionary Guards in the central desert region of the country.
