The lawyer also alleged that Yang had treated Jiang with a manic attitude at a birthday party and gave Jiang a red wine glass.
Yang denied that he had raised prices and frightened customers. He also said that he had a good relationship with Jiang for 9 years.
The plaintiff is Universal Artist Management Co., Ltd., and the defendants are Jiang Ling and Dongwang International Entertainment Co., Ltd.
In the filing in 2014, Universe stated that Jiang had signed a 10-year artist manager contract under his parents’ guardianship in 2004. One of the clauses stated that Universe had priority to renew the contract with Jiang for 5 years, and Universe also notified Jiang Hui to exercise. The right to renew the contract, but Jiang unilaterally stated that he would not renew the contract, and even refused to participate in the work that Huanyu continued. Huanyu asked the court to order that the contract is still valid and seek compensation from Jiang.
Yang was Jiang’s manager at the time of the case

He described his job as Jiang Ruolin's manager at the time of the case and was responsible for her entire acting career. At that time, another colleague Kelly was an "executive manager" who was responsible for assisting Yang in carrying out her work.

The assistant was worried that the quotation scared the customer
Jiang’s lawyer cross-examined Yang Shi and pointed out that according to Kelly’s confession, Yang had asked Kelly to make an offer for the client and increase the price. If the reasonable price was 80,000 yuan, he would first offer the client 150,000 yuan to gain room for bargaining.
Kelly once asked if he would scare the client, Yang Fahuo asked Kelly to follow his instructions.
Therefore, when Kelly approached Jiang Ruolin's work, she often offered a higher price to her clients.

Jiang’s lawyer also mentioned that Yang had acted manic towards Jiang at a birthday party and squeezed a red wine glass and a plastic bottle to Jiang and the other person.
Yang denied the incident and emphasized that he was not a maniac and had been working with Jiang for 9 years at the time, and the two had a good relationship.
Denial of custom record splitting algorithm
Regarding the verbal agreement between Huanyuzhi and Jiang in 2009, they agreed that Jiang accounted for 80% of the income from music copyright and the company accounted for 20%; in terms of selling records, Jiang Ke accounted for 60% and the company accounted for 40%.
Jiang’s lawyer stated that there was no such verbal agreement at all, and that the share was decided by Huanyu on its own without Jiang’s consent. Yang denied the statement.
