An accident ended the deployment of two police officers in Berlin.
The two were on the road with flashing lights and a siren and crashed into another car at the intersection of Ritterstrasse and Erkelenzdamm in Kreuzberg.
The 60-year-old driver then complained of neck pain, officials said on Tuesday.
The two police officers - the passenger with a lump on his head - ended their duty on Monday afternoon after the accident.
Berlin - The investigation into the course of the accident continued.
