Regarding the festival, which is organized by the Directorate of Culture, in cooperation with the Safsaf Al-Khabour Cultural Association and the branch of the Arab Writers Union, Faiza Al-Qadri, head of the Qamishli cultural center, said in a statement to SANA reporter that this three-day event includes cultural figures in Al-Hasakah province, from poets to a group of cultural audiences in the city.
