All ski holidaymakers over 12 years of age in South Tyrol must adhere to the 3G rules.
This means that proof of vaccination, recovery or testing is required, which must be provided in the form of the digital Covid certificate.
In Italy this document is best known as the “Green Passport”.
A PCR test may not be more than 72 hours old, while an antigen test may not be older than 48 hours, as the South Tyrolean provincial administration informs.
The 3G certificates must also be presented in ski or mountain inns, as well as in restaurants.

Closed cable car systems can only be used up to 80 percent, while open chairlifts can be used 100 percent.

Ski passes are mainly sold online to avoid long waiting times and crowds at the lifts and cash desks.
