For indoor events, the 3G rule will also apply in Schleswig-Holstein in the coming weeks.
Only fully vaccinated, recovered or tested people are allowed access to the cinema, restaurant or stadium.
There is then no mask requirement.
The state government extended the Corona regulation up to and including November 14 on Tuesday, as the state chancellery announced on Tuesday.
Kiel - The previous regulation would have expired on Sunday.
The 3G rule still does not apply on buses and trains or when shopping.
There will continue to be a mask requirement in the north.
The only innovation in the fight against the corona pandemic is in the care sector.
From Sunday, visitors with an acute respiratory disease can pray in nursing homes, for example if this is necessary for socio-ethical reasons, such as in particular in the case of terminal care.
This is already the case in hospitals.

Free tests for students: new corona rules decided
Schleswig-Holstein's students can also have themselves tested for Corona free of charge during the autumn holidays (October 4 to 16).
That goes in the test centers, but if necessary schools also provide test kits before the holidays, said Education Minister Karin Prien (CDU) on Thursday.
"The self-assessment after a negative Corona self-test then applies to schoolchildren like a test certificate from the test center."
