The case of a middle school female teacher involved in abuse and intimidation of a Filipino maid was renewed. The female victim Eden continued to testify in the West Kowloon Court. She claimed that the day before she fled from the defendant’s home, the defendant had threatened that she would not give her food as scheduled. Threatening: "I want to do everything, I can kill you, kill you without loss." And slapped Eden's face with both hands.
Afterwards, Eden fled for fear of being killed and called the police.
The case is postponed until January 12 next year, pending the outcome of a final case involving the credibility of domestic helpers.
Being scolded for not knowing how to take care of the child was slapped
The victim Eden confessed that on the afternoon of May 29 this year, when she fed macaroni to the youngest son of the defendant Mai Peishan (35 years old), the youngest son kept crying.

The victim called the police while the whole family was away
Eden went to the bathroom to check his injuries about an hour later and found that his face was red and swollen.
She also had difficulty breathing and suffered from insomnia at night because of fear of being killed.
At about 1 p.m. the next day, she took advantage of the fact that the defendant's family was not at home, and Eden plucked up the courage to escape.
She took a taxi to the employment company dormitory in Pauline.
At that time, she was not on the phone, and she confided to other domestic helpers and showed her wounds in the dormitory.
Eden was then accompanied by one of the helpers to the company Get Maid Agency to report the incident and to the Sha Tin Police Station to report the incident.
The defendant Mak Peishan (35 years old, a secondary school teacher) was charged with ordinary assault, the use of harmful substances with intent to damage, criminal intimidation, and three counts of assault. She was accused of staying at Yun Tao in Tsuen Wan from February 2020 to May 2021. A unit in Block B attacked PALES Eden Gumba, a Filipino woman, including assaulting her, using detergent to injure Eden's spirit, and threatening to cause damage to Eden's life and property.
