Kidnapping in the Galilee: The young woman's brother ambushed her outside the shelter for battered women, pushed her into a car and fled

The young woman, in her 20s, recently divorced and moved to a shelter for victims of violence in the Galilee.

Her brothers, who opposed the crossing, demanded that she return home, but when she refused, they located her and forcibly put her in their car, beating her.

A Galilee resident who was abducted today (Tuesday) by her two brothers from the violence-abused women's shelter where she was recently divorced, which allegedly angered her brother and led them to commit the act.

Following her divorce, the woman fled to a shelter for battered women in the Galilee, but her brothers objected, demanding that she return home.

When she refused, the brothers ambushed her when she went out to make arrangements with her friend, so they abducted her in their car while beating her.

The young woman, in her 20s, was shirtless by the police after a chase.

In the Northern District, police located her in a helicopter, rescued her and arrested the two brothers and two other suspects, carrying M-16s and A pistol weapons.

Large police forces escorted by helicopter conducted a chase after the two vehicles, after receiving a report of the abduction itself.

The young woman was found agitated and crying in one of the two vehicles stopped by police near the Turan Interchange in the Lower Galilee.

The second vehicle that took part in the abduction was stopped by police from the Northern District near the town of Marar.
