At the start of the trial for the murder of his wife, the accused husband remained silent on the allegations in front of the Darmstadt Regional Court on Tuesday.
As witnesses, experts stated that the 27-year-old had denied the crime in prison in September.
He stated that, from his point of view, one of his work colleagues was a possible perpetrator.
Darmstadt - According to the experts, the defendant had stated that his wife went for a walk alone on the afternoon of February 27th.
After a while he looked for her together with their seven and five year old children and their sister-in-law and found her body in a bush in Biebesheim (Groß-Gerau district).

The public prosecutor's office accuses the German of strangling his wife, with whom he was married since 2013, because of his “jealous mentality” and then laying her in the bushes.
"If he can't have it, no one else should have it either," said public prosecutor Ansgar Martinsohn, describing the motive from the prosecution's point of view.
The 27-year-old woman decided to split up in February "because she could no longer stand the jealousy and extreme controls".
One day before her murder, she had an appointment with a women's welfare organization.
The process will continue on October 21.
