Around six months after the act of violence with four dead in a Potsdam dormitory for the disabled, a 52-year-old nurse has to answer for murder and attempted murder.
The Potsdam Regional Court announced on its website on Tuesday that ten trial days were scheduled for the trial from October 26th to December 9th.
Potsdam - According to the indictment, the 52-year-old is said to have attacked five defenseless residents with a knife at the end of April and killed four of them.
One woman survived after an emergency operation.
The public prosecutor's office assumes that the defendant committed the offenses in a state of significantly reduced culpability.
The authorities brought charges against the woman in September.
The nurse, who worked for many years in the diaconal facility Oberlinhaus, was placed in a psychiatric clinic after the crime.
The act had caused a stir nationwide.
