The retrial was held following the decision of Hanan Meltzer, a Supreme Court judge, made five months ago.

Judge Meltzer ruled that in a retrial procedure, several questions raised by Adv. Yarom Halevi, Zadorov's defense attorney, should be examined.

The waiter's decision was based, in large part, on the opinion of a defense expert, which touched on the length of time blood could leak from her body after death.

The opinion referred to a shoe heel that was discovered on the toilet lid in the toilet cubicle where the murder was committed - a heel that does not belong to Zadorov and on which the blood of Tair Rada dripped.

The new opinion of the defense expert stated that there is no possibility of blood leaking from her body about five hours after the murder, the time difference between the date of the murder and the date of discovery of the body.

The possible implication of this determination is that the trace was stamped at or near the time of the murder - and this discovery is inconsistent with the prosecution's version that the trace on the toilet lid was stamped by an "anonymous rescuer" who arrived at the scene about five hours after the murder. .

The central question is around the traces in the toilet cubicle.

The prosecution, for its part, presented an opinion stating that Rada's blood could have dripped on the heel of the shoe even after the body was found and moved.

The prosecution team consists of attorneys Viam Kablawi, Sharon Har Zion, Meital Rosenfeld and Moshe Marciano.

Among the new prosecution witnesses will be witnesses who will provide opinions that contradict the defense expert's claim that unidentified shoe footprints contained a blood stain that could only have formed near the murder.

Prominent among them are Dr. Marcus Rothschild, head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine at the University Hospital of Cologne, Germany.

Another interesting prosecution witness is Professor Werner Spitz of the United States, a world-renowned pathologist who, among other things, participated in the investigation of the murder of Martin Luther King and testified at the trial or Jay Simpson.

She, too, will testify on behalf of the prosecution.

According to the prosecution, there is a rich body of evidence pointing to Zadorov's guilt in and at the center of the murder - the confession to the informant, the confessions to investigators and the reconstruction, as well as many other pieces of evidence that leave no doubt about Zadorov's convictions in the district court and Supreme Court.

The list of prosecution witnesses who will testify at the trial also includes Ola Kravchenko, formerly known as AK and Zadorov's defense attorney attributed the murder to her, but the case against her was closed out of innocence, as well as Shai Mika Yifrach, who was a friend of Tair and sat with her under a shed in the schoolyard. Shortly before Tair entered the building inside which she was murdered.
