After it was reported that the greatest superhero of all, Superman (or rather - his son and heir) will lead in the upcoming comic book in which he stars a bisexual lifestyle, there are those who oppose the change.
Actor Dean Kane, who played the flying hero superhero in the TV series "Lois and Clark" in the 90's, is not really impressed by the decision to give the character he is identified with, a same-sex relationship.

In an interview with "Fox & Friedns" yesterday (Tuesday) the actor explained that in his eyes, this is nothing more than a publicity stunt. "DC Comics Company has stated that this is a bold move.
I'm saying they'm just catching a ride, "Kane said." Robin, Batman's assistant, has just come out of the closet as bisexual or gay and honestly, who's really shocked by this thing?
I thought about it a long time ago.
The new Captain America Gay, my daughter in the TV series 'Supergirl', where I played her father, is a lesbian.
So I do not think it is a bold or brave act.
If they had done it 20 years ago, it might have been considered bold or brave. "

Alongside this, Kane also protests the new plots of Superman, who in recent years has had to deal with "real-world problems" rather than evil villains, as in the past.
"There's talk of him fighting issues like climate change and deporting refugees and he's going out with the 'activist' (a combination of hacker and activist), whatever it is. Why don't they make him fight the injustice that created the refugee problem? It could have been brave. "I would read that. Or maybe if he was fighting for women's rights to go to school, live and lead a life and not be raped by men under the warm and lovable Taliban regime? That could have been brave."
