Electra Consumer yesterday (Monday) signed an agreement with the American convenience store chain "7-Eleven", according to which it will establish dozens of stores throughout Israel in the next three years.
The chain's first store is expected to open at Dizengoff Center in Tel Aviv next year.
Later, the chain intends to open branches in other cities at gas stations, hospitals, train stations, city centers and more.
The chain will supply fast food and exclusive products to the Israeli market, and will offer, among other things, fast and fresh food, pizza in the oven and lunch and dinner.
By the end of 2024, Electra is expected to invest more than NIS 60 million in the brand and the opening of "Saban Elban" stores in Israel.
The agreement between the parties was signed for 20 years, with an option to extend for another 50 years.

Zvika Schwimmer, CEO of Electra Consumer, told Israel Today: "We are pleased that Saban Elban has chosen Israel as the 20th country to open its doors. According to Schwimmer, the branches will work 24 hours six days a week - and will be closed on Saturdays: We do not want to hurt the feelings of any of our customers. Convenience stores are not supermarkets, but a combination of fresh food with investments in a large and significant variety, along with products in smaller sizes and a response to the consumer. As for prices, Schwimmer said: "We will know how to produce a solution at a very attractive price for customers. Lunch will be much more attractive than elsewhere. A cup of coffee will be more attractive in terms of quality, experience and variety."
Saban Elban is a multinational convenience store chain based in Dallas, Texas, which operates and grants franchises and licenses to more than 77,000 stores in 18 states.
