This is the slogan of a petition, "Stop the concreting of the pink Granite coast", an uprising against a real estate project in Trégastel (Côtes-d'Armor), which today brings together more than 65,000 signatures.
The project in question dates from twelve years ago and is carried by Belembra, a holding company in the holiday clubs and tourist residences sector.
“Just 20 meters from one of the most beautiful sites of the Côte de Granit Rose -the Coz Pors beach- at the foot of a Natura 2000 site, they want to build a real building bar 11 meters high and 45 accommodations adjacent to the eponymous holiday club, and this for investors who will never live there ", ton Guillaume Auger, the author of the petition, resident of the town for 42 years, who denounces" an environmental aberration, landscaped for only political and economic perspectives ”.
The Nantes administrative court must rule
Today, with others, he is mobilizing to support the legal actions brought, in 2019, against the project by Fapel 22 (Federation of associations for the protection of the coastal environment) and three individuals.
They are now awaiting the judgment of the Nantes administrative court, which will have to rule on the modification permit filed by Belambra, the first request having been rejected.
