As-Suwayda badminton team achieved acceptable results during its participation in the Republic Championship for various categories hosted by the Police Hall in Damascus.
The results of the Suwayda team achieved were represented by the player Yasmine Kashour taking third place in the women's category, and Tala Hatoum for the same place in the under-17 category, while Tim Masoud came fourth in the under-17 category.
In a statement to SANA's sports representative, the coach of the team, Wassila Hatem, indicated that the tournament witnessed a good technical level and strong competition, indicating that the results of the Suwayda team were within the limits of expectations.
