“Al-Hol camp” is one of the largest camps designated to receive refugees, where the “Qasd militia” and the American occupation forces are holding more than 60,000 Syrians and Iraqis, and there are special sections that include thousands of women and children from the wives of members of the terrorist organization “ISIS” and of various Arab and foreign nationalities.

Syria and Russia have warned more than once, through the statements of the Syrian and Russian coordinating bodies concerned with the return of the displaced Syrians, of the deteriorating conditions in the areas controlled by the American occupation, especially in the al-Hol camp in northeastern Syria, where ISIS terrorists continue their crimes inside the camp with the support of the American occupation forces, which It delivers weapons, ammunition and wireless devices to them, which is reflected on the ground, as the group's takfiri practices and the assassinations it carries out against the camp's residents have increased.

The number of residents in the camp doubled with the terrorist organization “ISIS” attack on the Iraqi governorate of Mosul years ago and the displacement of thousands of families, especially from the Iraqi “Baja” and their numbers continued to rise as a result of the military actions carried out by the “Qasd militia” with the support of the American occupier to increase its areas of spread in Raqqa governorate and its countryside All the way to Al-Baghouz, east of Deir ez-Zor at the Syrian-Iraqi border, which led to the displacement of thousands of Syrian families from the countryside of Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Hasaka and confined them to the camp.

According to official statistics in Al-Hasakah Governorate, 58,747 refugees live inside the camp, and the largest percentage of Iraqi families has reached 30,544 members, distributed among 8,073 families, while the number of Syrians within the camp reached 19,774 immigrants, distributed among 5,458 families, while the number of detainees of other nationalities reached 8418 persons distributed among 2458 families. Most of them are of Asian and European nationalities.

Statistics indicate that people with foreign nationalities within the camp have been isolated in special sections and heavily guarded, and the majority are women for the wives of the terrorist organization “ISIS” and their children. The number of families from China reached 360, while the number of Russian families reached 531, 330 Turkish families, and a large number of families of nationalities The Arab Maghreb comes in the forefront, in addition to other nationalities from European countries, specifically Germany, Britain and Spain.

Statistics show that the “Qasd” militia prepared a camp in the Tal Aswad area in the Malikiyah countryside and allocated it to European nationalities. It includes 708 families of European and American nationalities and a small number of Asian nationalities.

The camp is located on the eastern side of Al-Hasakah Governorate, 30 km from the center of Al-Hasakah city, 12 km separated from the Syrian-Iraqi border. "SDF".

Civil sources in the al-Hol area indicate that the camp is under heavy protection from the “Qasd militia” and its residents live in poor humanitarian conditions, despite the repeated demands of the displaced Syrian families to allow them to return to their homes and villages to no avail, with the exception of a few numbers who left by special ways and means, pointing out that the humanitarian and health conditions are poor. Inside the camp, especially with the onset of winter, about 62 deaths of children were recorded in the camp due to the lack of medical services during the current year.

One of the workers of one of the humanitarian organizations in the camp told SANA that “what is spent on the camp is very huge, and there are no real services provided to its residents, especially that the SDF uses the camp politically to support its separatist agendas and the detainees there take a bargaining chip with many countries and humanitarianly through Seizing aid provided by international organizations and disposing of it according to their interests and plans.

He added: “The camp is witnessing a state of chaos and the spread of weapons, and there are almost daily killings of the residents, which the Qasd militia claims are carried out by unknown persons and threats to people inside the camp, until the matter came that a number of organizations suspended their work inside the camp, while children are considered the most sensitive and dangerous segments, as the majority of them are children “ISIS” terrorist organization, and they receive special types of education based on extremist takfiri ideas, because all the women are from the families of “ISIS” terrorists, so that they are still clinging to the uniform of the takfiri organization and its dark ideas in the eyes of everyone.”

The worker continues, "The poor humanitarian and health conditions in the camp were accompanied by poor security conditions. In addition to the presence of ISIS terrorist cells inside the camp, they constantly issue death threats and execute them whenever the opportunity arises. The Qasd militia takes advantage of the deteriorating security situation. There is a cover to carry out killing operations that affect both He opposes it and opposes the American occupation forces inside the camp, and dozens of killings have been recorded in the camp during the last period.”

He shows, "The powerful militiamen of the SDF inside the camp are taking advantage of the conditions of residents in the camp of different nationalities and running a network to smuggle foreign women from inside the camp in exchange for large sums of money."

In the governorate, there are four camps run by the “Qasd” militia with the support of the American occupation forces. They live in humanitarian conditions similar to those prevailing in the al-Hol camp. It includes the so-called “Tal Tamer gathering” on the road between Hasaka and Tal Tamr, 11,951 refugee refugees distributed among 1878 families from the city of Ras al-Ain. And its villages, which were abandoned by the Turkish occupation forces and their mercenaries, and the “Qasd” militia prevented them from entering the city of Hasakah. The “Aresha camp” in the southern countryside of Hasaka includes 14,248 refugees from the countryside of Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Hasaka due to the spread of terrorist organizations in their areas years ago, and later the Turkish occupation forces and its mercenaries, while reaching The number of residents in “Ain al-Khadra” camp in the Malikiyah countryside is 107 families, the majority of whom are foreign nationals.

It remains to say that al-Hol camp and its numerous abuses and the detention of tens of thousands of families without humanitarian controls and direct care and supervision from the Syrian government is a time bomb capable of exploding through the survival of the ISIS terrorist approach through a generation of children who are still receiving its extremist teachings without interference or Rehabilitation.
