Hundreds of pro-Palestinian comments attacked the singer's Instagram account, which has more than 93 million followers, after she called on her fans in Israel to listen to the new album. "

Billy Aylish just wanted to promote her new album.

She did not expect to be targeted by antisemitic bots and trolls - but new research reveals that this is exactly what happened to her.

When his second album, "Happier Than Ever" was released in late July, the superstar recorded videos for fans in a variety of countries reading to be listened to.

Israel was one of those countries, and it even addressed its fans in Israel directly in "Hi Israel."

This provoked harsh reactions from pro-Palestinians and haters of Israel online, who began attacking the successful singer-songwriter.

It now turns out that according to a data analysis conducted by the pro-Israel organization "Creative Community for Peace" on six posts that the 19-year-old singer posted on her Instagram account, her account was flooded with hundreds of coordinated comments expressing their protest that the singer addressed the Israeli audience.

Many of the responses also included the Palestinian Authority flag and expressed support for the Palestinians.

30% of the top comments were anti-Israel comments posted by profiles that did not post any on their pages up to that point, a strong indicator that this is bot activity.

These comments received a total of 235,995 likes.

48% of the top comments were posted by profiles who posted one or two posts on their page, and these received a total of 291,995 likes.

"The frequency and intensity of the reactions create the wrong impression," the data analysis said.

"The large presence of such comments, written in response to Aylish's posts, was intended to silence her and prevent her from ever mentioning Israel again and wanted to create the impression that her fans condemned her for her actions."

The study also shows that "Iranian troll farms run by the Iranian government have increased the pace of publication of anti-Israel and anti-Semitic messages during Operation Guardian of the Walls, including phrases such as" Hitler was right "and" murder all Jews "175 times Check it out. "
