ATM blown up in Dietzenbach: perpetrator fleeting

Unknown people blew up an ATM in Dietzenbach (Offenbach district).

Local residents heard a loud bang on Wednesday night, the police said.

Several people fled in a black car after the explosion.

According to witnesses, there were at least four perpetrators.

A search for these - also by helicopter - was initially unsuccessful.

Dietzenbach - whether and how much money was stolen is still unclear, the police said.

Nothing is known about possible damage either.
