In terms of wind force, the Observatory said that at 10 am, Typhoon Compasses gathered about 390 kilometers south-southwest of Hong Kong, that is, near 19.2 degrees north latitude and 112.4 degrees east longitude.
The Observatory reminded that there are large waves and swells on the sea, and citizens should stay away from the shore and stop all water activities.
