She underwent six compulsory quarantine tests at the designated quarantine facility at Silka Hotel Tsuen Wan, and the results were also negative.

She completed the compulsory quarantine on October 7 and returned to her employer's residence in Block 10, Phase 3, Ocean Diamond, Providence Bay, Tai Po.

She developed symptoms on October 8 and was tested again on the 12th. The result was initially positive.

In other words, the foreign domestic helper has stayed in the local community for at least 6 days.

The epidemiological investigation of the CHP case is still ongoing.

She vaccinated two doses of COVID-19 vaccine (Clearf) in Indonesia on July 9 and August 11. After tracking, three specified places were included in the mandatory testing announcement:

1. Anyone who has been in Providence Bay Phase 3-Ocean Diamond Block 10, 9 Keyin Road, Tai Po, New Territories for more than two hours between September 17 and October 13 (including but not limited to residents, visitors and working Personnel), must be tested on or before this Saturday (16th).

Anyone who was in Market Place by Jasons, Shop 16, Lower Ground Floor, Yilong Place, 21 Kejin Road, Tai Po, New Territories between 9 am and 12 noon on October 11 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and Fake employees and visitors) must be tested on or before this Saturday (16th).

If the person under inspection has been tested between October 11th and 13th, they will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement.

In addition, any person (including but not limited to full-time) who has been in the Hong Chi Association Hong Chi Pinehill Pre-school Children’s Centre (Residential Department) for more than two hours between September 30 and October 13 , Part-time and substitute employees, students and visitors), must be tested on or before this week (16th).

If the person under inspection chooses to use the sample bottle distributed by the Center for Health Protection for testing, he must return the test sample collection bottle of the sampled copy on or before October 18.

If the person under inspection has been tested between October 11th and 13th, they will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement.

The Health Defense Center also stated that due to outbreaks of upper respiratory infections and/or influenza-like illnesses in 3 schools, students who attended the following specified levels in the following specified schools between September 30 and October 13 and had given such instructions face-to-face The designated school teachers (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and substitute teachers) of students at the level must be tested on or before this Saturday (16th).

If the person under inspection has been tested between October 11th and 13th, it will be deemed to have complied with the requirements of the mandatory testing announcement:

1. First grade of Fang Wang Jinquan Primary School, Po Leung Bureau, Leung King Village, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong

2. Grade 1 of Fung Kai No. 1 Primary School, No. 15 and 19 Jockey Club Road, Sheung Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong
