This was confirmed on Wednesday by representatives of the parliamentary groups of CDU, SPD and FDP before the state parliament meeting in Magdeburg that began on Thursday.

Masks must be worn in the buildings, but there is no obligation to wear medical mouth and nose protection during lessons.
The AfD is now demanding in an application that the measures be lifted.
"We want to return to normal," said parliamentary group leader Oliver Kirchner.
Regular ventilation is sufficient to protect the children.
The coalition rejects this.
If the measures are abolished, it may be necessary to switch back to homeschooling in winter, warned SPD parliamentary group leader Katja Pähle.
This is not a good alternative for many children.
Support comes from parts of the opposition.
There is a threat of a "contamination" of children and young people if the measures are abolished, said Green Party leader Sebastian Striegel.
For the left, the mask requirement is dispensable if further testing is carried out.
Her parliamentary group leader Eva von Angern demanded: "Air filters must be available in all schools."
