The unvaccinated AfD member of the state parliament Ruben Rupp still has to accept test obligations for non-immunized people after a decision by the Administrative Court.
According to Wednesday, the judges in Mannheim had rejected the express application of the parliamentary deputy.
He had argued that the test regulations and in particular the entry bans provided from the alert level were illegal and restricted his participation in public life.
Mannheim - From the court's point of view, the test requirement is lawful and still proportionate - even after the free citizen tests have been discontinued.
The politician also lacks the interest in legal protection with regard to warning level and alert level, because these have not been reached.
The decision is final (Ref .: 1 S 3038/21).
