It is sold for 24,500 euros.
Which makes it the most expensive Bic pen in the world.
The Maison Tournaire, with the help of the artist Richard Orlinski, imagined a 4-color design that is more like a work of art than a pen.
It contains 50 grams of gold and no less than 202 diamonds!
“I realize that this is a price that can make heads turn, but it is justified.
We have devoted hundreds of hours to the development of this exceptional pen, ”says Mathieu Tournaire, Managing Director of Maison Tournaire, which has set up its manufacturing workshops in Savigneux in the Loire.

Produced in only eight copies, this jewel pen has been on sale since Wednesday in stores and on the Internet.
A gold version at 11,000 euros is also available, as well as three bronze versions plated in pink, yellow and white gold, numbered and produced in less than a thousand copies, at a price of 390 euros.
Notice to collectors ...
“The idea was born during a trade show when someone pointed out to me that the Bic 4-color pen that protruded from my pocket was not very classy,” recalls Mathieu Tournaire.
Not necessarily sharing this opinion, the jeweler who adores his 4 colors has therefore decided to "tournairize" it so as not to have to undergo this kind of comment.
"Break the codes of luxury"
"The facets on the pen represent the work of Richard Orlinski", whose animal sculptures are snapped up at a high price.
This is not the first time that Maison Tournaire has reappropriated everyday objects.
Previously, there were headphones, skis, perfume bottles and pétanque balls.
“We like to break the codes of jewelry and luxury” smiles Mathieu Tournaire, who will not fail to proudly exhibit his 4-color Bic pen at the next major trade fairs in his profession.
