Italy recorded 2,772 new infections and 37 deaths from the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
The Italian Ministry of Health indicated that the total number of injuries registered in the country amounted to four million and 707 thousand and 87 injuries, while the total number of deaths reached 131,421 cases.
Italy ranks second in Europe in terms of the number of deaths caused by the virus, after Britain, and ninth globally.
