The definitions regarding vaccinated or recovering patients, updated in Israel on October 3, state that a "vaccinated" is a person who has been vaccinated with three vaccine doses or a person who has been vaccinated with two vaccine doses and less than 6 months have passed since receiving the second vaccine dose.
The definition that "recovering" is a person who has not yet passed 6 months from the date of his recovery from Corona, or who has recovered and received at least one vaccine dose.
This is significant news for parents of children under the age of 12, who were forced into isolation with their children, and lost work days.

Corona projector Prof. Salman Zarqa said that the Ministry of Health "is very optimistic when we see a decrease in the number of positives and the percentage of positives for Corona.
Zarqa added that Israel will not get out of the fourth wave too quickly.
"We learned from the third wave not to go out fast. Our working assumption is that as there is morbidity in the world of new variants we need to see how to keep the fifth wave away."
Regarding the easing of the corona guidelines, Zarqa added that there are currently no easing of the issue, and there are no plans to convene the corona cabinet to discuss such.
He said the cancellation of the green mark was not on the table.
"Gradually we will see relief and return to a routine of life."
