The White House announced that, starting from the beginning of next November, the United States will open its land borders with Mexico and Canada, and its air borders with the whole world, to travelers who are immune to Corona and who wish to take trips considered unnecessary.
AFP quoted a senior White House official as saying that the US administration will announce very soon the exact date of opening its land borders to non-essential international flights for fortified travelers.
The official confirmed that the land and air borders will be opened simultaneously, noting that the opening of the land borders will take place in two stages, the first in which vaccination will be a condition for non-essential trips, while necessary trips will remain permitted according to the conditions in force since the borders were closed, and the second will start in early January 2022 and the vaccine will become A must condition for any trip to the United States whether necessary or not.
Thus, the United States lifts the restrictions imposed on international travel and flights since March 2020, which have been discontenting a number of its partners, especially the Europeans.
