If you want to watch the home games of Bundesliga basketball team Hamburg Towers in the Wilhelmsburg arena, you no longer have to wear a mask.
The club announced this on Wednesday.
The 2G rule applies, i.e. those who have been completely vaccinated and recovered are admitted with a corresponding proof.
Hamburg - For the first time, the loosening applies to the game of the Towers against Bayreuth on Sunday (3 p.m.).
Also for the international games like the following Tuesday (7.30 p.m.) in the European Cup against Partizan NIS Belgrade, the mask requirement in the spectator area does not apply.
In the locked access area of the arena, however, a mask must be worn until the spectators have been checked.
The club expects an increase in viewers through the relaxation.
