The decision of the Polish Constitutional Court, ruling certain articles of the Treaty on European Union "
incompatible"
with the Constitution, was not long in being published in the
Official Journal

This Tuesday, October 12, five days after the announcement of its content, the decision denouncing the “
interference
” of the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) in the Polish legal system entered into force.
In the Polish press, the news went almost unnoticed.
It is true that this tribunal is no longer considered legitimate by many international jurists and experts.
Some Polish newspapers refuse to call it
"Constitutional Court"
, preferring to describe it as "
Julia Przylebska's Court
", named after its president, a personal friend of Jaroslaw Kaczynski, leader of the majority party in power.
