The Russian Plenipotentiary Representative of the Donbass Contact Group Boris Gryzlov stressed that the Kiev representatives are doing everything possible to ensure that the political dialogue remains in a dead end.
Russia Today quoted Gryzlov as saying that "Kiev representatives in the Normandy format consistently declare their commitment to the Minsk agreements without any exceptions, while continuing to try to exclude Donetsk and Luhansk from negotiations on the settlement of the conflict," describing the Ukrainian position as "ridiculous."
At the same time, Gryzlov added, Ukraine in the Contact Group no longer bothers itself with diplomatic balancing and does not hide its true intentions to enter into deadlocked negotiations on all aspects of a political, security, social, economic and humanitarian settlement.
Additional measures to ensure the truce entered into force last summer in the Donbass, and provided for a complete ban on firing, placing weapons in and near residential compounds, offensive, reconnaissance and sabotage operations. Completely solve the crisis.
