In connection with the fire in a company in Großenhain (Meißen district), the Dresden public prosecutor's office charged a man with serious arson.
According to the announcement on Wednesday, she accused him of setting fire to objects in the building using open flames or glowing substances in the room he and others used as accommodation on July 14th.
Dresden - As intended by him, the room was severely damaged and the entire building had become uninhabitable.
The company suffered property damage of 17,850 euros.
The one on the building was significantly higher, but not yet quantified, as a spokesman for the public prosecutor said.
