The cheating phenomenon in online games like voice of duty is one of the ugliest phenomena that exists in online games. The same cheaters use different programming that allows them to cheat in a variety of ways that give them an unfair advantage during network games, and is notorious in recent months especially among Voice of Duty Warzone players, and even in the beta stages of Vangaurd coming out in November.

Last night Activision posted a warning on the official Twitter of Cole of Duty in which it addresses directly to cheaters who frequent the online game and warned them: "Dear cheaters, see you tomorrow. We love games and it is our passion. It is an honor for us to create games for The best fans in the world, and maybe we do not always manage to do it for the best, we are committed to doing the best job we can. "

"Cheating destroys the fun for everyone and no one likes cheaters. Our goal is to provide a fun and fair gaming experience for fans and for voice of duty players everywhere. Cheaters - you are not welcome, we will not tolerate cheaters, and soon you will know what it is. Says ".

This evening, Activision released the new tweet in which it introduces the new system that will use it against cheaters in the game - RICOCHET, which will be launched together with Vanguard this November and will be integrated into Warzone in one of the game's upcoming updates. So what exactly makes RICOCHET one that changes the rules of the game?

Although Activision removes tagged players who report as cheaters on a regular basis, a player whose account has been blocked by Activision and has been identified as an account that runs cheat programming can open another user account, under a specially opened email. Since in most cases the games are considered free, it is a game of cat and mouse on the part of the keys, and after blocking one user account, five more accounts have been opened tagged as cheaters.

A RICOCHET system that will be installed on the players 'computers will run at the computer's kernel level, which means that players who install the update will allow Activision access to the players' system specifications.

Such access to data will allow Activision to isolate players who cheat according to their computer specifications, ranging from a processor, video card and items that may not necessarily be able to counterfeit or replace.

In such a situation even if they open another user account nothing will help them, and they will be detected by Activision at the hardware level of their computer.

The system will also scan your computer for various cheat programs designed to mess with the game's code, and will make sure to clear them from the system if you find any.

According to Activision, because console players cannot install cheat programming, the update will only be released for PC players, and will not run in the background of the operating system continuously, but only when players start the game, and shut down as soon as they close the game.

Another part of the system is an algorithm that investigates suspicious server behaviors on the part of the players, and despite the upgrades to the new system, Activision urges its player community to continue reporting cheaters in the game so they can continue to ensure a normal, fair and enjoyable experience for all players.
