The food company Veganz from Berlin is planning to go public in the next few months.
"We see positive momentum for purely plant-based foods, which is being driven by various trends," said Veganz founder and boss Jan Bredack on Wednesday.
The brand has been selling vegan products since 2011.
Now it wants to place shares for 50 million euros in free trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Berlin - The company initially did not provide any information about the exact time of the IPO.
Veganz was founded ten years ago as a vegan supermarket chain.
The company now focuses primarily on the marketing of its products, including confectionery, baked goods, meat and fish alternatives and pizza.
Veganz made almost 27 million euros in sales and almost 5 million euros in losses last year.
