Last year had already been marked by a historic figure, with more than 525,000 apprenticeship contracts registered.

It's been years that we dreamed of having more than 500,000 apprentices per year,
" she said.
The minister puts this success in particular on the account of the plan "
1 young person 1 solution
", launched by the government in the summer of 2020, in which appear specific aid to boost learning.

3 million young people have been able to find a job, an apprenticeship, training or support thanks to this plan
", amounting to 9 billion euros over 2020-2021, said the former boss of the RATP.

To continue this momentum, Jean Castex announced at the beginning of September the six-month extension, until June 30, 2022, of financial aid for apprenticeships for companies, already extended once until December 31, 2021.
