Customers no longer have to submit a negative test to visit a hairdresser in Upper Palatinate.

The owners of the studio have come up with something for this.

Weiding - Since last Monday (October 11), not all people can be tested for the corona virus * without restriction.

But it is precisely these tests that are required by unvaccinated persons with an incidence of 35 or more in order to be allowed to continue visiting certain areas.

One of the examples: the hairdresser.

Exactly against this, i.e. against the 3G rule, is now resisting an Upper Palatinate hair studio.

The owners Tanja Hastreiter and Mario Biendl of the Boderstum hair salon and the Boderwagl mobile studio in Weiding (Cham district *) can now cut the hair of every customer - whether vaccinated, recovered, tested * or untested.

Hairdresser owners defend themselves against the 3G rule and set up a pavilion in front of the shop

This is made possible by a pavilion in front of the entrance to the shop.

As the

Mittelbayerische Zeitung (MZ)

reports, there is, as usual, a hairdressing chair and mirror.

A patio heater provides warmth in autumn.

The highlight of the matter: Because the pavilion is outside and not completely closed, neither the hairdresser nor the customer have to wear a mask.

Because, as is well known, this only applies indoors.

Nevertheless, not all offers can be used.

“In the pavilion we only offer a dry haircut,” says Biendl.

The reason is the low temperatures, which make washing or hair coloring impossible.

In the mobile Boderwagl, however, this is quite normal.

Of course, the two owners won't do the campaign entirely on their own.

According to the

Mittelbayerische

, they have reassured themselves with the responsible district office whether the project is actually possible.

“We coordinated with the district office.

The Boderwagl and the pavilion are located outside, provided everything is well ventilated, there is no problem with the aerosols, ”says Mario Biendl about the newspaper.

Because of the 3G rule: Bavarian hairdresser owners record collapse when requesting appointments

According to the owners, the reason for the move was the introduction of the 3G rule.

Because with it there would have been a collapse of the appointment requests by 50 percent.

Tanja Hastreiter can no longer show understanding for the rule - even though she has already been vaccinated.

In her opinion, everyone should have the opportunity to have their hair done in her shop.

“For us, it's just bad for business.

We don't get any more state aid either. "

Although the action is

actually coordinated with the district office,

according to the

MZ

, there are numerous complaints against the two hairdressers.

Both from citizens and from the industry itself. “People pretend we are serious criminals.

They even call the district office and ask if we are allowed to do that. ”The hairdressers' guild finally inquired of the owners, as internal complaints from numerous industry members rained in at the guild.

Bavarian hairdressers defend themselves against the 3G rule and receive inquiries from lateral thinkers

For Biendl and Hastreiter, however, it is important to emphasize that with this action they do not want to be close to corona deniers and conspiracy theorists.

The two received inquiries from this direction after they had posted their project on Facebook.

“We also received a lot of inquiries from unconventional thinkers in our post, we completely reject such a thing.

We are not lateral thinkers, we think of our company, ”they explain to the

MZ

.
